Member forces are selected from STAAD file and joint design is made using established software like DESCON or ….Type of joint is selected giving adequate importance to client preference and ease of construction.
We try to achieve a target of 8 to 10% material consumption for joints - meaning as-built weight of the structure does not exceed 110% of theoretical weight. Modelling is done in Tekla. We transfer the SDNF file to the client to do the clash check and modify as necessary. We also assist the Customer in selecting the fabricator after reviewing their work process, experience and reputation.
